The Green Socials name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Green Socials. 12. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Green Socials has a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also limit access to the Website or Services for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

15. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate access to service materials, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including your rights to remedies for services that are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for the purpose for which they were supplied. 16. PAYMENT POLICY

You agree that all payment information provided in connection with any paid Service is accurate and that you are authorised to use the nominated payment method. Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement or invoice. Green Socials accepts international payments via Wise and other agreed payment methods. Where a payment plan has been agreed, you authorise Green Socials to bill your payment method in accordance with the terms of that plan.

17. LATE PAYMENTS

If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with outstanding overdue payments.

18. CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact us at hello@green-socials.com to request a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services. We may provide evidence of your agreement to these Terms and your access to Services to your financial institution in connection with any chargeback dispute.

19. THIRD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS

Where our Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided solely for your convenience. We cannot control the contents of third party websites and if you choose to access them, you do so at your own risk. Where our Services are accessed via a mobile device, your wireless carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. By using our Services on a mobile device, you agree that we may communicate with you by electronic means to your mobile device as necessary to deliver the Services.
